Governor Signs Hisbah Board Bill into Law

Governor Umar Namadi has signed the Hisbah Board Bill into law, officially establishing the board as a statutory body to promote moral discipline and social order in Jigawa State.

The law, passed by the State Assembly days earlier, empowers the board to operate across the state. Namadi praised the legislative process and urged Hisbah personnel to act with fairness and integrity.
