Governor Aiyedatiwa’s Aide, Hon. Obayangban Empowers Constituents With Cash Gifts, Generating Sets, Others
In continuation of his humanitarian interventions for constituents, the Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Afforestation, Hon Bidemi Joshua Obayangban, has made monetary and material donations to the people of Ode-Aye Community in Okitipupa Local Government Area.
The donations which include food items, monies and generating sets, were made last Tuesday for the two constituent political wards (Ode-Aye Wards 1 and 2) at Ode-Aye. While the cash and food items were shared among constituents, the generating sets were allocated to power the boreholes earlier drilled by Hon Obayangban within the same community.
Hon Obayangban, in his remarks, said the gesture is meant to relieve the people of the scorching economic stress and improve on the welfare of the constituents.
“We are doing this out of compassion and commitment to the welfare of the people and not as a political necessity.
“The people deserve our support in every way. For me, it is the minimum that I can do and it is meant to relieve the people of the present scorching economic stress and to improve on their welfare.”
