Fire Rages Through Ogun Free Trade Zone, Nearby Homes Affected

Afire broke out at the Ogun State Guangdong Free Trade Zone in Igbesa on Sunday, causing significant damage and affecting nearby residential areas.

The source added that the flames spread rapidly, impacting surrounding homes before emergency responders could contain the inferno.

A video shared on X by Temitope Hassan shows firefighters actively battling the blaze, highlighting the scale of the emergency.

The Ogun State Fire Service and other relevant agencies are yet to provide details on casualties or the extent of the property damage.
