Content creator Sunshine buried in Lagos

Esther ‘Sunshine’ Thomas, the late content creator, has been buried in Lagos.

Sunshine died on January 11, following medical issues that began in December 2025.

What was first thought to be a severe stomach ache was later diagnosed as a fibroid. According to her friend Chidera Madu, Sunshine was initially taken to Orchid General Hospital.

However, due to a nationwide doctors’ strike, she reportedly received only pain relief without a comprehensive diagnosis, necessitating a transfer to another facility on January 2 for proper treatment.
