BUILD YOUR HUMAN CAPITAL FOR NATIONAL GREATNES ALPARON DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE TELLS FG.
Alparon Development initiative (ADI) A Non-governmental Organisation committed to achieving the United Nations sustainable development goals, Human capacity Development and empowerment of the citizenry has charged the Federal Government of Nigeria to prioritise the development of the nation’s human capital.
The group made this known through its National Director, Chief Sir Ekene Ebuzeme while fielding questions from StandOut Africa Media crew in Abuja.
He stated that human capital development is the major source of economic growth in any nation of the world, because human beings are the agents that accumulate wealth, exploit natural resources, builds social, economic and political organization, increase productivity and technological advancement which ensures the development of the nation at large.
He revealed that Human resources constitute the ultimate basis for the wealth of all developed nations, while capital and natural resources are mere passive factors of production which must be properly utilised by the nation’s citizenry for productivity.
*While outlining the challenges that has bedevilled Nigeria from achieving her set socio-economic development goals and objectives, Chief Sir Ekene Ebuzeme, The National Director, Alparon Development intiative identified the highly entrenched cancerous corruption; underfunding of the education and health sectors which has ultimately lead to dearth of learning and operational infrastructures; Brain Drain” which exacerbates the scarcity of highly skilled professionals in all fields among other challenges militating against the Nigerian State.*
Sir Ebuzeme warned that until proactive and drastic measures are out in place to ameliorate these shortcomings,
Nigeria’s would continue to face the dilemma and consequences lack of skilled manpower and her development will
continue to degenerate.
*Sir Ekene Ebuzeme assured that it’s Organisation had concluded plans to hold it’s maiden Political roundtable in Partnership with the Federal government and other like-minded organisation with a view to contributing it’s qouta towards the development of Nigerians for National Advantage.*
