My assistant called and the person said, ‘Can I speak to Bishop Oyedepo?’ My assistant said yes, you can talk to him. The victim could not wait to make findings and said, ‘The Lord curse you.’ That is the world we live in today. 419 plenty in church, plenty in market, school and everywhere. Walk in the truth and you will never be trapped.”

In a related development, Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, founder of the Isaac Oyedepo Evangelistic Ministries, announced the commencement of Sunday services in Abuja as part of his ministry’s new direction. He confirmed that offerings would not be collected during the services, following a directive he received from God.

In a viral video, Pastor Isaac Oyedepo emphasized that his ministry is focused on discipleship and the spiritual growth of individuals, prioritizing the teachings of Jesus Christ over traditional financial practices. He noted that while other ministries may collect offerings, God specifically instructed him to refrain from doing so for this initiative.
