A Nigerian man who works as a farm manager in Ekiti State, close to the Kogi State boundary, has shared a shocking story about his kidnapping experience.

According to him, the nightmare started on October 23, while he was working on the farm. Armed kidnappers suddenly stormed the area and abducted him, taking him deep into the wilderness where he was held captive.

But the most shocking part of the story is this…

After spending 42 days in captivity, his family managed to raise and pay a ransom of ₦17 million to the kidnappers, hoping that would finally secure his freedom.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the ordeal.

Even after collecting the ₦17 million, the kidnappers still refused to release him.

Left with no other option, the man said he eventually escaped on his own, alongside some other kidnapped victims who were also being held in the same camp.
