Man Claiming to Have World’s Smallest Penis Seeks Public Donations for Enlargement Procedure
A North Carolina man who claims to have the world’s smallest p+nis has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for a p+nis enlargement procedure.
Michael Phillips, 38, said he was medically diagnosed with a microp+nis measuring about 0.38 inches. According to him, the condition has made everyday tasks, including urination, difficult, forcing him to wear adult pull-ups.
Phillips said he hopes to raise $6,000 to undergo a procedure that involves injecting a semi-permanent dermal filler into his p+nis. He believes the treatment will improve his ability to urinate and help him live with greater comfort and independence.
In his GoFundMe appeal, Phillips said he is seeking support from people who understand the challenges of living with his condition, adding that the procedure would significantly improve his quality of life.
Earlier this year, Phillips also revealed he was considering applying to Guinness World Records for having what he claims is the world’s smallest p+nis.
