As Nigeria approaches the 2027 general elections, indications suggest a decisive victory for President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC), with political observers pointing to the opposition’s fragmented structure as a key factor.
President Tinubu enters the race with the advantages of incumbency and a consolidated party machinery. Stakeholders cite ongoing infrastructure projects, economic stabilization efforts, and renewed investor confidence as factors strengthening the APC’s base across the North, Southwest, and parts of the South-South.
