Five People Are Behind Terròrism In Nigeria – Primate Ayodele Reveals

Controversial cleric and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele alleges that five powerful Nigerians are responsible for recent wave of terrór attacks on churches, kidnápping of school children, and invasion of communities.

The vociferous cleric made this statement through a signed press release by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, emphasizing that if these alleged five powerful persons are not taken out urgently, Nigerians and their country will remain vulnerable to terrórism and banditry.

He emphasized the need for the Tinubu’s administration to act with urgency and decisively in taking actions against these five powerful individuals whom he alleges the government already know.

“Five people are involved in this kidnapping matter that the government must try to identify and take out of the way; otherwise, the nation will continue to be at the mercy of terrorism. If the government isn’t proactive enough, it will continue to hit the nation badly because they are not slowing down”, he alleged.

Primate Elijah Ayodele thereafter enjoined president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the state and local government authorities to desist from negotiating with bandits and terròrists irrespective of how dire the situation could be. He insinuated that negotiating with these crimînal groups amounts to the government sabotaging its own security efforts, and paying ransom to them to release hostages, amounts to the government funding its own enemies against itself. Hence, he advises that a sustained military operation against these crimînal groups is what the president need to apply against them. He added that president Tinubu government must avoid controversial Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi due to his alleged link to crimînal groups; hence, the government should stop using him as their representative for negotiation with bandits and should rather caution him and other negotiators.

“Tinubu needs to call people who encourage negotiation to order. People like Gumi shouldn’t be allowed to represent the government for any reason”.

He further alleges that terrórism has become a booming business in Nigeria, claiming that there is international influence on terrör related activities in Nigeria. He warned further that while the poor masses appear to be the most vulnerable at this point, with time, the wealthy people who think that they are unreachable, will become targets and victims.

“Negotiation has turned terrorism into a big business centre and despite all, there are international bodies influencing terrorism in Nigeria. If you don’t do what is needful, terrorism will fight your government; it’s not going to affect poor people alone, the rich will also cry,” he added.
