The Ojomo family of Ute in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State has reaffirmed the appointment of Mr. Alaba Adedoyin as the Warrant Chief representing the family ahead of the selection of the next Olute of Ute.

In a letter released to our Heritage Reporter online and the Ondo State Government signed by their counsel, Chief Olusola Ebiseeni, the family made it clear that Mr. Adedoyin remains the only duly recognized representative of the Ojomo family, dismissing the purported appointment of Mr. Solomon Adewakun Ojomo as false and without legitimacy.

The family further alleged the involvement of certain Ose Local Government officials and interested contenders in sponsoring forged documents to mislead the government, urging authorities to uphold due process and avoid any illegal interference in the traditional selection exercise.
