Says No Court Oders his Arrest

In Reaction to a false allegations against him concerning the death of the late Elerewe Tunde Ilori, Hon. OLUWOLE FOLAHANMI also known as “Ultimate” has spoken extensively to debunk the allegations
A closer examination of the evidence reveals a different story.

According to Hon. oluwole Folahanmi in a statement released to Newsmen on Sunday Morning, he described the news of his arrest order by court as a lie from the pit of hell.

Though, we have a case in court on the issues of defamation of character and enforcement of my fundamental rights, that does not in any way suggest that I have anything to do with the death of elerewe, which I have ultimately revealed that, I don’t know anything whatsoever about his death and there is no court verdict till this moment as we speak, Hon Folahanmi said.

The story circulating on the social media about court ruling ordering my arrest is false and it is devoid of evidence,. They even said I absconded from my house which is very untrue.

On the 24th of may to be precise, I was at Iragbuji for an important event in Osun state, so I was called that some masked gunmen, like eight of them led by one of our family member, Mr Olakunrin olasupo invaded my House, they bursted my gate, they injured my mum who is still in the hospital receiving treatment as we speak, they also invaded my business premises with several insult on my workers among several Damages made.

Ever since that day , I have been traumatized, my life and business have been under serious threat, my workers can no longer do their duties with rest of mind, my Family and domestic workers now live in fear and unrest.

However, my legal team argues that the ruling is based on circumstantial evidence and lacks concrete proof.

According to Folahanmi, firstly, I was not present at the scene of the crime and I don’t have alibis for the time of Ilori’s death. Furthermore, my relationship with Ilori was amicable, and there’s no motive for me to be involved in the murder, hence I cannot comprehend why people of evil conscience will continue to pass grime allegations against me.

This self acclaimed investigation has been biased, and key evidence has been overlooked, so I will like to know when the verdict was made, date and full details of the court judgement, Hon. Added.

For the position of clarity, I am saying categorically that the allegations against me are unfounded and lack concrete evidence.

I have full confidence in my innocency and there is need for fair investigation. I want to therefore urge the authorities to consider alternative perspectives and thoroughly investigate the case to uncover the truth, Hon. Folahanmi Retirated.

Lastly, I would like to inform the general public that, I do not abscond from owo and I will never for any reason runaway from home over issues of less concern, I can attest to the fact that, some set of people are hiding under the shadow of events that played while I was serving as Owo Local Government Chairman to defame me and affiliate me with Elerewe’s death, Hon Folahanmi concluded.
